    The economic activities of the village include nomadic pastoralists and farming, while some are doing small scale business. Most of the community are Christians, while some of them practice witchcraft.

    Updates from the field:

    January 2020

    In January, Motivator Samwel ministered to 300 people in Kitamunae Village, and 6 people gave their lives to Christ. Samwel currently has 13 people taking the Discipleship class. There were 175 people attending services this month in the mother church and the 3 daughter churches combined. Samwel is thankful to Share International for their support. He is planning an outreach to Nakwamoru Village in the near future.

    December 2019

    In December, Missionary Samwel ministered to 280 people in Nariamawo Village, and 17 people gave their lives to Christ. Samwel currently has 35 people taking the Discipleship class. A new church was planted in Kapelibok! There were 251 people attending services this month in the mother church and the 3 daughter churches combined. Samwel is thankful to Share International for their support. He is planning an outreach to Nakwanoru Village in the near future.

    November 2019

    In November, Missionary Samwel ministered to 350 people in Kaakongu Village, and 50 people gave their lives to Christ. Samwel currently has 7 people trained to help him with his work in the ministry. He targets to reach Nariamawo Village in the near future.

    October 2019

    In October, Missionary Samwel shared the Gospel with the people in the Village of Kaakongu, and 20 people accepted Christ. An average of 169 people attend church services each Sunday. He is looking to do an outreach in the Village of Lokwar in the future. Samwel is grateful for the prayers and support from Share International.

    September 2019

    In September, Missionary Samwel shared the Gospel in the Village of Nariamawo, and 24 people accepted Christ. He is currently discipling a class of 20 students. An average of 275 people attended church services each Sunday. He is looking to do an outreach in the Village of Nakwamoru in the future. Samwel is grateful to Share International for making it possible for him to be a missionary and do God’s work.

    August 2019

    In August, Missionary Samwel ministered in Kitamunae Village, and 3 people gave their lives to Christ. An average of 68 members attend church service each Sunday in the mother church. The daughter churches gained 24 new members this month.

    July 2019

    In July, Missionary Samwel shared the Gospel with 200 people in the Village of Kechumakume, and 3 people accepted Christ. He is currently discipling a class of 13 students. An average of 72 people attended church services each week this month. He is looking to plant a church in the Village of Kaakong in the future. Samwel is grateful for Share International.


    June 2019

    In June, Missionary Samwel shared the Gospel with 200 people in the Village of Narengelup, and 7 people accepted Christ. He is currently discipling a class of 4 students. An average of 59 people attended church services each Sunday this month. He is looking to plant a church in the Village of Kaakong in the future. Samwel is grateful for the prayers and support from Share International.


    April 2019

    In April, the average attendance at services was 68, and 7 new members were added. They did an outreach to the Village of Kitamunae, where two people accepted Christ. There are currently 15 people in the discipleship class. In the daughter churches in Nawoyaregae, Tina, and Namakat, there were 116 attending services over the month. They are looking to do an outreach in the Village of Kanyangaita in the near future.

    March 2019

    Samwel is the Missionary/Pastor to the Village of Kalemngorok, where the average attendance in March was 84. They did an outreach to the Village of Tina-Nabeye, where 38 people gave their lives to Christ and 38 were baptized! Samwel has 6 men trained to help him with the work of evangelism and eldership. He also ministers to the villages of Nawoyaregae, Tina, and Namakat, where the combined attendance is 239. He is looking to do an outreach to the Village of Kanyangaita in the near future. Samwel is grateful to Share International for making it possible for him to be a missionary and do God’s work.
