    July 2019

    In July Missionary Jame reached Kaakomol Village where 35 people attended church services on Sunday. 6 people accepted Christ. There are now 11 people in the discipleship class.

    Prayer Needs

    -Need for rain to end the drought in Turkanaland

    -Need a means of transportation to reach the unreached villages

     

    Challenges

    -Covering long distances to reach the community living far away

    -Currently the drought is affecting the church attendance and missions effort.

He prays to seek God in expanding His word to the people and for the ongoing church construction project. 230 believers attended Sunday services. He faces the challenge of not having transport means to reach distance villages. 149 believers attended Sunday service. James is grateful for the continued support and prayers.

    In November, Missionary James Lomoru visited Kalopirya village with the Gospel and 7 souls came to Christ. He had a discipleship class of 11 members in that village. He prays to seek God in expanding His Word to the people and peace among Christians this festive season. He faces the challenge of not having transport means to reach distance villages. 140 believers attended Sunday service. James targets to reach Kakomol village and plant a church. He is grateful for the continued support and prayers.

    -To seek God in expanding the Word of God to the people

    -Peace, love, and harmony this Christmas season.

    -Drought and famine in the area affects the Sunday service attendance.
