    It has the population of 2200. Poultry keeping and livestock are the main sources of income. Other sources include charcoal burning and firewood.

    Church Progress:

    The church has the membership of 80 adults, 70 youth, and 98 Sunday school children. They worship in a permanent building.

    July 2019

    In June, Missionary Griffin is continuing to discipling a class of 30 people. An average of 395 people attend church services. Griffin is thankful for the continued prayers and support.


    June 2019

    In June, Missionary Griffin shared the Gospel to 800 people in 2 villages and 5 people accepted Christ. He is discipling a class of 30 people. An average of 395 people attend church services. Griffin is thankful for the continued prayers and support.


    January 2019

    Missionary Griffin is the pastor to the church in Lochwaa where the average attendance at services this month was 239. They had three new members added to their church. They also did an outreach to six surrounding villages where 28 people gave their lives to Christ. There are also 28 people enrolled in the discipleship classes. Missionary Griffin has five elders who have been trained to help him in the work of evangelism. He also ministers to the village of Kaemongor where 130 people meet for services. They had 12 new people added to their services this month. They are looking at doing an outreach to the village of Kokorisogol in the future.
